In Scherpenzeel we now have a large and modern patisserie. Wherever possible the production process is automated. The air-conditioned production rooms are separated from one another. Air treatment ensures that production is always clean. Hygienic production in accordance with the Commodities Act is a top priority, and since February 2005 we have had an IFS certificate on high level standards. Despite the high degree of automation of our production process, we have production equipment that can flexibly respond to the wishes of our customers.
